The Casita is a self-contained luxury studio villa cleverly secluded from the main house of the Las Brisas property. With its air-conditioning, you can be assured of comfort whatever the season. The Casita has its own private entrance from the main road and is fully equipped to provide whatever amenities you might want for your memorable Caribbean vacation. It can be rented with the main house for larger groups or as a single unit for your intimate getaway.
Casita offers spectacular views of the Atlantic and a lush private garden. The main living and sleeping area has been crafted in the same motif as the main house with high beamed ceilings and imported wicker furniture. A fully equipped galley kitchen allows for easy meal preparation for dining on one of the two covered patios.
Let the tropical breeze lull you to sleep in the king-sized bed, or spend an afternoon being gently rocked by the cool tradewinds in one of Casita’s poolside hammocks. Complete your Caribbean experience with an open-air shower built with glass blocks for privacy.

The air-conditioned Casita has its own private pool with decorative raised stone wall and local rock formations surrounding it. Tile decking and a floral trellis with dual hammocks offer the ultimate in beauty and relaxation. How about an afternoon dip and nap after touring the island or checking out the local shops in nearby Spanish Town? A separate half bathroom on the outside of the Casita is conveniently located just a few steps from the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped in the tradition of the main house. Styled in colorful tile with ample cabinetry and space-saving convenience, the kitchen contains an electric range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a whole host of utensils to allow preparation of any meal. An outdoor barbeque is conveniently located just outside the kitchen to grill up that special entree.
Spacious access to three outside decks from the living area offers the best in indoor/outdoor convenience. The Casita's mahogany folding doors can be closed for the ultimate in privacy or opened to any or all of the decks for maximum space utilization.
