The main house at Las Brisas is beautifully appointed to ensure you want for nothing. The layout has a natural flow that encourages you to explore the pool and gardens which are exclusive to the villa’s residents. Comfortably accommodating up to 6 people, the main house has plenty of space as well as a wonderful viewing deck to watch the sun go down (cocktails in hand are optional).
The open-plan living area and kitchen boast contemporary high-beamed ceilings, hand-painted murals and imported wicker furniture. On those rare rainy days, you can relax and enjoy a fully equipped entertainment center complete with games, 50” TV, and stereo with a selection of CDs. The covered patio, dining area and wet bar make for a fantastic night in regardless of the weather.
The kitchen is generously appointed with a wide range of appliances and utensils including a full-sized refrigerator-freezer, conventional and microwave ovens, dishwasher, coffee maker and blender. Coupled with ample counter space, preparing any meal in this villa is a breeze. A kitchen bar allows the chefs to socialize before serving their creations at either the indoor dining table or the covered patio.
At the end of the day, guests can retire to the air-conditioned Master or Guest bedrooms, both separate from the main living area – the Master through a covered breezeway, and the Guest bedroom across the patio and adjacent to the pool.

Las Brisas’ air-conditioned master and guest bedrooms are separated from the main living area by spaciously tiled decking and a private fresh water pool.

Your private freshwater pool is surrounded by a raised stone wall, tropical plants and comfortable patio furniture. Whether you choose to take an early morning dip, soak up some afternoon sun or watch the sunset with a cool drink in your hand, the pool area offers the ideal location for it all. A spiral staircase to the upper deck allows you a unique view over the Atlantic and the boulders Virgin Gorda is famous for.
The air-conditioned master bedroom with a king-sized bed has its own beautiful view of the Atlantic and is separated from the main house to maximize privacy. Wake up to your own colorful sunrise or have a private breakfast on the front patio. A bathroom with adjoining outdoor glass block shower is perfectly designed for privacy and beauty and a large walk-in closet provides ample storage for anything that you might bring to wear.
The air-conditioned guest bedroom is the same size as the Master Bedroom and offers the same amenities. Two queen-sized beds provide extra sleeping capacity when needed and it has its own bathroom with adjoining open-air glass block shower. A large ceiling fan provides extra comfort when desired.
