Rental Terms & Conditions
One week minimum rentals. Incremental days may be added on a per day rate.
Deposit due: 50% upon booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival date (including tax).
Nonrefundable unless residence can otherwise be rebooked, in which case a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.Payment options accepted are personal check drawn on a US bank, or US Dollars money order or cash. Wire transfer can also be arranged if you are outside of the USA ($35 bank charge for incoming transfers will apply). Credit cards are also welcome. A 4% administration fee will apply to all credit card payments.
WiFi is available in both the Main House and Casita at no extra charge
